1. How if Bad Weather?
Light to moderate rain does not affect the program, except heavy rain or other hazardous conditions so we will cancel the program and give you full refund.

2. Can i pay by Cash or credit card on the spot?
Yes, we accept payment by credit card (Visa/Master) and cash in the location.

3. Is Children allowed to join Swim with Dolphin Program?
Child under 12 years allowed to join dolphin program but for Child under 4 years must be accompanied by an adult for safety reason

4. Is the program price include pick up service?
The price program does not include pick up service. You can come to the location with your own transportation or our pick up service (additional fee will be charged based on pick up area)

5. When the latest we can book the activity?
You can book in the same day of your activity but depend on the availability. We are recommend to book at least 1 day before the activity to secure the place
